Very kind and responsive team!

The ONLY reason I provided an excellent rating was because of the exceptional client care given by Ms. Boatright. She was very courteous and professional. She’s a true asset to your organization. However, very unhappy with the service level agreement. The maintenance to my vehicle should have taken an hour to an hour and a half. I brought my car in at 8:30 for a 9:00 appointment. I had to wait there for 6 HOURS. The technician apparently struggled with completing the work on his own and EVENTUALLY had to call in a master technician. You need to give your teammates the autonomy to raise their hand without fear of persecution much sooner when they need help. This will speak VOLUME for your customer satisfaction AND your employee satisfaction. Again, giant KUDOS to Ms. Boatright for her ability to juggle (perception is reality) what looked like A LOT and still deliver the best service!!!!

Made an appointment and it still took over 3 hours for an oil change.

I recommend Vaden Chevrolet in Hinesville GA. I always take both my Silverado’s to get serviced there. Mrs. Debbie knows each customer by name. The shuttle service is immaculate. They will take you to work and pick you up from work. Best dealership in Hinesville.

Excellent sales

Had a 12:00 appointment drove from Townsend left at between 2:45 and 3 All tjr customers where complaining about the wait time I could see an hour but 2 and a half hours later that’s not customer service at all for a oil change tire rotation🤦‍♀️😊

They were very helpful and we would come back again when we are ready to by a truck for my husband

Great Customer Service and Technician support. The live video of the vehicle inspection really makes the customer experience great. I lo ed the fact was informed of the status of my vehicle every time a new step occurred. Definitely recommend this dealership for people who are looking for quality service.
